Who We Are
SafeTo.Bet is built and maintained by Looper, a development company that has been building marketing and product infrastructure for performance-based businesses since 2021. A significant share of our client work is in the iGaming space, building sites, tools, and tracking systems for operators and affiliates across the casino and sports betting industry.
That work put us in a position most verification tools aren't in: we've seen firsthand how easy it is for a player to land on a copycat domain, a stale affiliate link, or a blacklisted clone instead of the operator's real site. SafeTo.Bet exists to close that gap with a fast, transparent way to check any casino domain before you commit.
Why We Built This
The casino affiliate and operator ecosystem moves fast. Domains get cloned, affiliate links get hijacked, and unofficial mirrors pop up faster than most players can verify. Existing review sites are slow to update and often paid to rank operators favorably. We wanted something narrower and more mechanical: a tool that tells you, plainly, whether a domain is the real thing, a registered affiliate, unverified, or flagged.
How Verification Works
SafeTo.Bet combines two layers of verification: a registry of brands and affiliates we've directly confirmed, and an AI-assisted research process for everything else.
Domains marked Official or Affiliate are in our registry because the operator or affiliate submitted and verified ownership directly with us, through the For Operators or For Affiliates process. These are the highest-confidence listings on the platform.
For any domain not already in our registry, SafeTo.Bet uses Claude (Anthropic's AI model) with live web search to research the domain in real time. This produces the domain analysis, brand relationship summary, red flags and green flags, and review aggregation you see in a scan result. Claude pulls from public sources, regulatory records, review platforms (like Casino.org, Trustpilot, AskGamblers), and news coverage to build that picture and generate a written recommendation.
This is research and synthesis by an AI model, not a database lookup against a fixed, verified registry. It is fast and covers a far wider range of domains than manual review could, but it can be wrong — especially for very new domains, sites with little public coverage, or cases where public information is itself outdated or disputed. Treat scan results for unregistered domains as a strong starting point, not a guarantee.
We cache scan results and refresh them periodically as new information becomes available.
What Our Status Labels Mean
Confirmed directly with us as the operator's own brand domain through our registry submission process.
A registered affiliate domain tied to a known operator, submitted and verified through our For Affiliates program.
Not in our confirmed registry. The domain may have been scanned by our AI-assisted analysis, but it has not been claimed or confirmed by an operator or registered affiliate. Not necessarily unsafe, just not yet verified by us directly.
Added manually by our team based on confirmed reports of fraud, non-payment, impersonation, or other unsafe behavior. A domain is never automatically blacklisted by our AI-assisted scan — this status is always a deliberate decision reviewed by a person before it's published.
