By using SafeTo.Bet you agree to the following terms. We have kept them short and plain.

What SafeTo.Bet Is

SafeTo.Bet is an independent domain verification tool. We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or casino. We do not offer gambling services of any kind.

Verification Results Are Informational Only

Our verdicts — Official, Affiliate, Unverified, Blacklisted — are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any result. Always conduct your own research before depositing funds at any online casino.

Play Now Buttons

Play Now buttons link to third-party casino websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or the outcome of any gambling activity. Those sites are governed by their own terms and licences.

Paid Listings

Casino brands and affiliate partners pay a fee to be listed in our registry. This fee covers verification and administration only. It does not influence our blacklist decisions or the Unverified verdict. No payment can buy a positive verdict.

After a submission is reviewed and approved, we send payment instructions via email. Listings are activated only after we manually confirm receipt of payment on-chain. We do not auto-activate listings before payment is confirmed.

Payment is accepted in USDT (ERC-20) on Ethereum mainnet only. All fees are non-refundable. Activation typically occurs within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment.

Credits and Domain Archiving

Affiliate batches are valid for 1 year from approval. You may use your credits to submit domains at any time during that period. At the end of the year, the batch expires — all domains return to Unverified status and any unused credits are forfeited. Credits do not carry over to a new batch. To continue, you must purchase a new batch. We send a reminder 30 days before expiry.

Individual domains within an active batch may also be archived earlier if they become inactive for an extended period — we notify the affiliate before this happens. Archiving a domain does not refund or restore the credit used for it; remaining unused credits in the batch can be used to submit a replacement domain.

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove or downgrade any listing at any time, without notice, if we determine that it poses a risk to players.

Misuse

Automated scraping of our domain registry, bot submissions via our forms, or any systematic abuse of the platform is prohibited. We may block access or take further action in such cases.
