Privacy Policy

This is a plain English summary of how SafeTo.Bet handles your data. We have no interest in collecting more than we need.

What We Collect

  • URLs submitted for verification — the domain you paste into the scanner. We log this to track scan volume and improve results.
  • Form submissions — name, email address, and domain lists submitted via the For Operators or For Affiliates forms.
  • Anonymous scan data — verdict, trust score, and timestamp for each scan. Not linked to any identity.

How Domain Scans Work

For domains not already in our confirmed registry, we use AI (Claude by Anthropic) with live web search to research publicly available information and generate a scan summary — including domain analysis, red/green flags, and review aggregation. This process analyzes the domain itself using public sources. It does not use any personal data you submit.

What We Do Not Collect

  • Payment information — USDT transactions are on-chain and public. When you send payment, you reply to our confirmation email with your transaction hash so we can manually verify it on Etherscan. We never collect card details, bank data, or custody your funds.
  • Personal browsing data or device fingerprints.
  • Cookies beyond a short-lived session cookie used for admin authentication.

How We Use Your Data

  • To process domain verification scans and return results.
  • To review operator and affiliate listing applications.
  • To send confirmation and status emails related to your submission.
  • To improve the accuracy and coverage of our domain registry.
  • To send periodic account updates (e.g. quarterly summaries for verified brands).

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

Data Retention

  • Form submissions (operator and affiliate applications): retained for 2 years.
  • Scan logs: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Affiliate domains are periodically checked for activity. Domains that become inactive are archived (not deleted) after we notify the affiliate.
